6th CIPSA Annual Conference – Vendor Showcases

A great opportunity to view procurement solutions in a neutral environment.

Confirmed Vendor Showcases

One major benefit of attending a conference such as this is the opportunity to meet and review the offerings of service providers to the profession in a neutral environment. However, it is not always possible to get a full understanding of the product while talking at the supplier’s exhibition booth. In the past this has meant arranging a follow-up appointment to view the product in more detail.

Introduced at last year’s Annual Conference, the Vendor Showcases, allow delegates to view an extended demonstration of procurement solutions with their peers in a neutral non-sales environment. The Vendor Showcases are scheduled to run for 30 minutes, during some of the longer breaks in the main conference programme, using two of the seminar rooms.

Full details on the Vendor Showcases will be published at www.cipsaconferences.com.au as they are confirmed and will be circulated to delegates in the week or two before the conference. Vendor Showcases will be free to attend.

Solutions Providers

This is a great opportunity for you to demonstrate your product or service to an audience of procurement professionals – an audience that are not always the easiest to get in front of. The Vendor showcase format will allow you to provide an extended demonstration of the features and benefits of your solution, and to engage in discussion with delegates in a neutral environment.

CIPSA Conferences will actively promote the Vendor Showcases to delegates in the weeks leading up to the conference, to ensure that delegates are fully aware of what will be available to view, and when. Furthermore, CIPSA Conferences will work with you to ensure that your message is delivered effectively, thereby maximising the response in terms of delegate attendance.

There are only a limited number of Vendor Showcase Times available, so don’t delay, contact CIPSA Conferences today to secure your position. For full details please contact:
