Jonathan Dutton, FCIPS
Managing Director, CIPS Australia & New Zealand
Jonathan Dutton has been managing director of CIPS Australia since late 2004. Prior to his appointment, he worked as a freelance consultant and interim manager - which included 18 months as COO of the Chartered Institute of Marketing [CIM] in the UK. Previously, he was marketing director of two UK public companies, Regus and Chubb. Before that, he spent two years in sales at Qantas in Sydney and 10 years at British Airways in London as IT procurement manager and, latterly, as head of corporate sales. He is an economics graduate, completed MCIPS in 1986 and became a Fellow in 2009. He is also a Fellow of the CIM and Royal Society of the Arts [RSA] in the UK, a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management and a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

David Noble FCIPS,
CEO, The Chartered Institute of Purchasing & Supply [CIPS]
David Noble was appointed CEO of CIPS in May 2009. He has been a CIPS member since 1982 and a Fellow since 1994. He served for four years as a member of the CIPS Fellowship Selection Panel before being appointed to the Board in 2008. Alongside his role within CIPS’ governance, David has 30 years’ corporate experience, including the last 10 years at board level in P&SM, most recently as Group Supply Chain Director at IMI plc, a FTSE 250 company.

Robert Gottliebsen
Financial commentator and journalist
Robert Gottliebsen is one of Australia’s leading business commentators and has a 40-year history in business journalism in Australia.
Founder and launch editor of BRW magazine, former host of the Business Daily on Sky News, former business columnist in the Fairfax newspapers and, until he joined BusinessSpectator, Robert was national business commentator for The Australian.
With strong financial backing, late in 2007, Alan Kohler, Stephen Bartholomeusz and Gottliebsen founded BusinessSpectator and the Eureka Report.

Peter Dowling,
Director, The Hackett Group
Peter Dowling leads The Hackett Group’s procurement consulting for Asia Pacific. He is a member of the global procurement leadership team and has consulted on procurement matters for the last 19 years and collaborated with icon clients across the region. Peter is regarded as a trusted advisor across many industries and through this collaboration, clients have achieved multi-million dollar cost reductions and service-level improvements. Peter holds engineering degrees and prior to his consulting career, he was senior executive with the Exxon Corporation where he held operating roles during an 11-year career.

Harry Dunstall,
General Manager Commercial,
Defence Material Organisation [DMO]
On 25 February 2010, Harry Dunstall was appointed to the role of General Manager Commercial within the Defence Materiel Organisation (DMO).
Harry joined DMO in 2007 as Special Counsel to Chief Executive Officer, DMO, and was responsible for leading the reform and professionalisation of DMO’s procurement and contracting services (including financial investigation services).
Before joining the DMO in 2007, Harry was a Senior Executive Lawyer, and then Special Counsel, in the AGS Commercial Group.

Nicolas Reinecke
Expert Principal, McKinsey & Company, Inc.
Expert Principal, McKinsey & Company, Inc.
Nicolas Reinecke is principal in the McKinsey Hamburg Office, leader of McKinsey's global purchasing and supply management practice and a member of the leadership group of the European operation practice. Since joining McKinsey in 1996, he has focused on operations engagements with a particular focus on manufacturing and procurement. He holds a Ph.D. in energy and chemical engineering as well as qualifications in mechanical engineering from the University of Hannover. He has done research in the field of oil processing, multiphase flows and chemical reactions at MIT.

Simon Ratcliffe,
Operations Director,
The JUST Group
Simon Ratcliffe joined the Just Group in September 2009 as Operations Director.
His most recent role prior to Just Group was Supply Chain and Logistics Director (general merchandise) for Marks and Spencer. In that role he managed their extensive on-shore and inbound logistics operations and helped set up their offshore sourcing operation.
At Just Group his responsibilities encompass all of it's sourcing and supply chain activities - from factory to shop floor.

Brad Russell-Lane
CPO, Woodside
Brad Russell-Lane has 21 years’industry experience and joined Woodside in 1989. His previous roles included supply chain positions in production and project divisions, gas marketing general manager (pipeline gas and LNG), corporate and gas strategy management positions, general manager commercial, and deputy vice president - North West Shelf Gas Project. Brad transferred to his VP Supply Chain position in October 2008.

Alisdair Fuller, MCIPS
CPO, National Broadband Network [NBN]
Alasdair Fuller is the chief procurement officer for NBN Co, the company charged with fulfilling the federal government's policy goal of building and operating a ubiquitous, high-speed broadband network across Australia. Alasdair has been working in the telcommunications procurement industry for the past 14 years, including the last nine years as the head of procurement for Optus. He has Commerce and Law Degrees from Victoria University in Wellington, New Zealand and is a barrister and solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand.

Margaret Davies
Regional Manager Supply Chain, AngloAmerican
Regional Manager Supply Chain, AngloAmerican
Margaret Davies has worked with Anglo American globally since 2004 on a number of Supply Chain projects before taking on the functional lead role of Regional Supply Chain Manager in March 2008. Her career includes 10 years with BHP Billiton in Supply Chain and Business Development, and 7 years as a teacher in Adult Education.
