Tom Pearson MCIPS
 
Tom Pearson is the former chair of an informal corporate roundtable that was instrumental in inviting CIPS to Australia. With wide procurement experience in Australia and the UK, Tom is also the former director - strategic sourcing and vendor management at Telstra. He is currently a partner with Supply Transformation.
 
 
Karri Lehtonen
 
Karri Lehtonen was appointed Vice President of Basware Australia & New Zealand in July 2010. Prior to his role in Australia, Lehtonen spent eight years in the head office in Finland, working across virtually all aspects of Basware’s business in Europe. Prior to joining Basware, he acted as contract manager of telecommunications company Sonera Carrier Networks Oy. Karri graduated from the University of Helsinki (Finland) Law School in 1997 and has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Reading’s (UK) Henley Business School.
 
 
Alyson Eather
 
Alyson is a senior associate in the Finance and Projects team of DLA Phillips Fox. Alyson's expertise lies in advising public and private sectors in relation to procurement, including planning, legal risk management, probity, and tender and contract documentation. Alyson is a recognised advisor in the field of procurement and probity and is regularly invited to speak at industry and legal conferences on this issue. Alyson co-authors articles in a number of procurement and legal publications in the Asia Pacific and internationally on procurement, probity and contract law.  
  
Scott Alden
 
Scott is a Partner in the Finance and Projects team of DLA Phillips Fox and is a recognised expert in relation to all aspects of tendering and procurement, project planning and front end project documentation and negotiation. Scott regularly contributes to industry and legal journals and publications and gives papers at projects and procurement conferences. Scott has practised in both the private and public sector in relation to large strategic projects and infrastructure projects as well as advising clients generally in relation to commercial issues, legislative interpretation and procurement and probity.
  
Ben Heraghty
 
Ben Heraghty is group strategy manager for the GEON Group where his responsibilities include strategic projects and planning, supply chain and procurement, communications and mergers and acquisitions. Previously, he was a management consultant with global firm AT Kearney where he specialised in procurement and supply chain projects across a diverse range of categories and industries for major ANZ and Asian companies. Prior to AT Kearney, Ben was a commercial lawyer with Mallesons Stephen Jaques.
  
Andrew Hutchinson
 
Andrew Hutchinson is a strategic facilitator and high performance coach of considerable experience and reputation in Australasia. Andrew is the founder and managing director of Alchimie Pty Ltd, a management consultancy specialising in taking organisations and teams to new levels of performance. The company provides strategic planning, consulting, facilitation and implementation to ensure people systems and relationships are aligned with company goals.
 
Stephen Sherwood MCIPS
 
Stephen Sherwood is the executive manager, governance and frameworks within Suncorp’s Group Procurement Division. The role has recently been established to further develop the division’s policies, methodology, procedures and training and communication strategy across Suncorp’s procurement community. During his five years at Suncorp, Stephen has performed a variety of key roles including category manager for contingent labour and banking. More recently, Stephen has held a number of managerial roles including executive manager of sourcing, executive manager corporate procurement and banking and life teams.
  
Alex Harris
 
Alex Harris has had a career in the media and public relations industries in Australia and the United States. Alex is an independent public image risk consultant, passionate about the issues of corporate social responsibility, business ethics, sustainable capitalism, public image risk and leadership. Alex is a Trustee of the Committee for Economic Development of Australia (CEDA) and an Associate Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management.
 
 
Kathy Kostyrko
 
Kathy has had a successful career in the recruitment industry spanning the last 25 years.  She has been with Hays for 16 of those years, working her way up to regional director, and setting up the New Zealand operations. Currently, Kathy is responsible for all of Hays’ public sector business across Australia. Kathy is a council member of the Institute of Public Administration Australia in the ACT, a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a member of the Australian Institute of Management.
 
Suzanne Little
Suzanne Little is a sustainability scientist and writer. Her directorships are with the board of Sydney Metropolitan Catchment Management Authority and with the board of Good Environmental Choice Australia. Suzanne introduced the first training course for sustainable procurement into Australia in 2007 and delivers it nationally to the procurement profession. This has been well received by more than 250 professionals under the auspices of CIPSA.
 
David Henchliffe FCIPS
 
David Henchliffe is chief procurement officer of Santos. He has over 20 years’ experience in the supply chain profession. He has had extensive experience in the areas of sourcing, contracting, supplier relationship management, logistics, project management, organisational leadership and change management. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply and is also a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, the Supply Chain and Logistics Association of Australia and the City and Guilds of London Institute.  David holds an Honours degree in Science, and Masters degrees in Management, Arts (Technology Management) and Defence Studies.
 
 
Craig Lardner FCIPS
 
Craig Lardner is director of procurement at George Weston Foods. With a spend over $1.5billion across six divisions spanning Australia and New Zealand, GWF has embarked on an era of significant change in its procurement practices. He is a member of the Institute of Directors and is a Fellow of CIPS and sits on their steering committee of CIPS for Australia and New Zealand.
 
 
Jane Harley
 
Jane Harley leads LiTMUS Procurement Transformation capability and is the LiTMUS Melbourne Lead Partner. Jane has more than 12 years’ experience leading procurement transformations, working with major private and public sector clients across multiple industries to significantly improve the business value delivered by procurement. Prior to joining LiTMUS, Jane led Australian Procurement and Business Consulting for a major international consulting organisation. Prior to becoming a consultant, Jane worked with Rio Tinto in procurement, commercial and business improvement roles, both locally and internationally.
 
Susan Eggleshaw
 
Sue is an executive consultant with The LiTMUS Group. She has over 20 years’ experience in management consulting, working in a range of industries in Australia, Europe, the USA and Indonesia. She has proven abilities in managing and leading major business and IT projects to their successful completion. Sue is an expert in business process transformation to significantly increase value delivery. She has extensive experience in the implementation of supporting methodologies and toolsets.
